hi guys.. it's been how many weeks i'm gone from the internet world. and now i'm back. welcome me. lol. it's been a hectic july because i did my work as a leader and even touching my own laptop has been rare,.. yah. totally.. this post is impromptu but i have to update my blog so that it would'nt be a waste. hmmm.. let me see. last july 22 was nenen's 16th birthday.. belated happy bday nen.. lol.. we were very busy during those times because we prepared so much for the Freshies' Day. my GOD!!! i promised to myself that i will not engage anymore to this kind of life but it seems it is inevitable. it has been my life since elementary so i have to face that reality. i did my best, WE, i mean did our best. my accompaniments (the League of Freshies Council).. we were really anxious because of the presence of the SSG officers. but we still did our part and the moment of truth has come.. july 26 was our Freshies' Day.. i will never forget this day because of one thing.. it's really bashful but we have to do it. the water already entered the gym so we have to get rid of it. we, the lfc officers with the ssg and with the help of kind students, did what? we removed our shoes/slippers, placed our pants in our knees and with the help of some pails, we disposed the water. hahay..to wrap it up, it was fun although some events were cancelled due to time constraint. we were very happy after the event. we rejoiced and glad it was over.. hahay.. we all sighed with satisfaction..after that day, we had our class. normal days again.. hahay.. we were all sleepy and it was raining that day. i didn't enter the first period and when i went to school for the second period, we had an assignment and we will have our quiz. tsk. i used merely my stock knowlegde.. hahay..that's it for now.. prepare to be amazed with my next post.. see yah..XD

here's to a great college!i couldn't wait for college and now it's 10 days old, but there are still around 276 days to look forward to in this school year. i don't imagine it to be any easier than high school, but i sure hope it can be better.who wants to go through constant challenges, but often, we have no choice in the matter. problems come and go. obstacles hurl themselves on your path. things do go wrong, no matter what you do to keep them right. at the end of the day, you're left with no other option but to plod on because what else is there to do? you can't just pull the plug on life, unless you have no problem with suicide.but the cliches help, one of which is the ever popular "see the glass as half full." so here are few questions you can ask yourselves every time the going gets rough in the next 276 days, keeping in mind that a glass that is half-full is also in every way half-empty.1. which is better: going crazy because you have too much to do or going crazy because you have nothing to do?2. is it better to have people leave you alone, not minding what you do, than to have them demands so much of you, whether it is your presence at a party or a job well done?3. would you rather that your professor is allowing you to get accustomed to a life of mediocrity and indolence or would you rather that your professor keeps you on your toes on the path to excellence?4. do you prefer an ugly truth or a beautiful lie?5. will you spend the day doing what you have to do or spend it worrying that you are doing something else?6. is your fear of death, which consumes your life, worse than dying, which ends it?7. are you afraid of the lizard or is the lizard more afraid of you?8. why worry about something you can't do anything about?9. who cares what other people think, unless they are willing to pay you for doing what they think you should be doing?10. life is short and every minute counts, so how do you choose to spend it?Happy College Life! Make it great!
